Multimedia/Visualization Resources

The powerful computational resources used by MACI researchers often result in very large data sets. In some cases, these raw research results can be unwieldy and they may be more effectively analyzed when visualized using multimedia tools and facilities. Therefore, under the MACI umbrella, Alberta's universities are developing advanced multimedia facilities for visualization of research results. These facilities are designed for digital audio/video production, computer animation, computer simulation, 3D-modelling, 3D-printing, video serving, video conferencing, and others.
